Unreinforced Trocal was approaching twelve years old with some failures.
The roof was coated with Tough Stuff AC5600 Base with FA240 liner integrated into the basecoat at 2.5 gallons per 100 square feet. Mid coat gray SL6000 at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet and finish coat white SL6000 at 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet. This system now carries a 10 year warranty.
