This standing seam metal roof was detailed to stop leaks and will be finished when the school has funds to continue. All rust areas were primed with Tough Stuff PR3400 rust converter at 200 square feet / gallon.
Seams and fasteners were then treated with UR1700 mastic.
The gutter was also primed and coated with three coats of UR1700.
The entire roof is now watertight. A protective coating will be added when funding allows. The seams carry a five (5) year warranty.
Seams are primed and detailed.
