SUBSTRATE:	EPDM ROOF
DESCRIPTION:	The aging EPDM system had the seams lined with Tough Stuff UR1700 urethane and FA200 polyester liner. Next, the entire roof was coated with UR2650 base coat at 1.5 gallons/100 square feet and 2 coats of UR1700 at 1.25 gallons/100 square feet/coat. The system is completely encapsulated for a 10 year warranty.
