DESCRIPTION:

The ballasted EPDM roof was cleaned after the stone was removed. The seams were lined with Tough Stuff UR1800 and FA200 fabric. The entire roof was then coated with two coats of UR1800 at 1.25 gallons per 100 square feet per coat.
This system carries a 10 year warranty.
