POLYURETHANE FOAM ROOFING WITH TOUGH STUFF
|
PERFORMANCE FEATURES
Phased In Applications: The Tough Stuff system can be applied over several years in phases starting with the seams while still receiving a waterproofing warranty. Warranties are piggybacked as the system is completed. This lowers cash outlay to an average of thirty percent over other options or allows for three times the waterproofing with the same dollars.
Breathing Membrane: Allows moisture vapor to escape without allowing mass water to enter.
Excellent UV Stability: Tough Stuff protects the foam from harmful UV degradation. The system is UV stable from top to bottom.
High Build Options: Low areas or chopped out blisters can be filled with a quick setting urethane / ceramic mixture. This is a quick option for repairs.
Stays Clean: Slow weathering keeps the material looking clean. This maximizes the energy efficiency and aesthetics of the system.
Cold Weather Applications: Can be applied in temperatures down to 30°F (-1°C) without loss of performance. Work can proceed throughout the seasons.
Excellent Adhesion: A variety of optional finishes and base coats or primers allow for application over any system on the market. This versatility gives the contractor tools for any project.
Meets NSF61 Standards for Potable Water Containment.
Suitable for tropical climates where roofing is used to collect drinking water.
VOC COMPLIANT
All Tough Stuff products comply with all U.S. federal and state VOC requirements for roof coatings.
WARRANTY
Coatings International Roofing Systems offers warranties from five to fifteen years depending on the system specified when applied by a certified contractor or maintenance personnel that have had training from Coatings International. Warranties can be extended indefinitely by reapplying the system.
