CL404 PRODUCT DATA

CL404 cleaner can be used on heavy soiled EPDM, PVC, smooth BUR, metal and concrete roofs and decks. It is also good for grease and light oils on restaurant and industrial roofs.

Clean surfaces before application of Tough Stuff urethanes, primers and acrylics.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Spray, brush or broom. Broom debris from roof followed by high pressure wash. CL404 should be applied as needed on heavily soiled areas.

CL404 is supplied in concentrated form and can be reduced as needed. First application is usually three parts water to one part CL404. A small test area should be used to determine appropriate dilution. More than one application may be needed depending on the amount of dirt on the surface. Subsequent applications may use up to 1:1 mixture. Repeat applications as necessary.
