Tough Stuff AC5300 is designed to provide long lasting, trouble
free systems for the renewal and maintenance for all types of surfaces.
The tough, flexible film adheres tenaciously and is resilient enough
to absorb expansion and contraction. This coating will work well
on metal, wood, tile, slate and stucco.

Drying time is temperature, humidity, and film thickness dependent.
DO NOT apply when the dew point is less than 5° F above
ambient temperature.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
- This product can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled on.
- When using airless spray equipment, it is recommended that a reversible spray tip be used with an orifice of .017 to 0.24 and minimum 40 degree fan angle.
- Material should be applied to a 4 - 12 mil thickness depending upon porosity of substrate
- Mix material is separated.
- Please consult the Coatings International Technical Department with specific application questions.
PERFORMANCE TIPS
- DO NOT THIN
- POWER MIX BEFORE USING
- On porous surfaces allow to cure four hours.
- All loose rust and scale should be removed.
- Rusty areas should be saturated without leaving any excess material.
- Puddles may blister the finish coat if not cured before coating.
- Recoat within one hour in good weather.
- AC5300 has no recoat window but dirt that accumulates on the material will have to be removed.
- Do not allow containers to freeze.
CLEANUP INSTRUCTIONS
Clean spills and spatters immediately with water
Clean hands and tools immediately after use with soapy water.
After cleaning, flush spray equipment with water followed by mineral
spirits. Leave mineral spirits in the line to prevent rusting.

INSTALLERS must read and understand all technical and informational
literature for Tough Stuff AC5300, including the Material
Safety Data Sheets, prior to using this product.
